Central to the course is the book, Weighting on God, written by Sue Prosser. Other complementary resources supplement this so that the lessons can be reinforced and applied in a personal way.

These course materials can be purchased in either printed or PDF download form. You would need to print off the course workbook PDF to be able to participate fully.
The group course has changed my life. I feel so hopeful now, and folks are noticing the weight coming off, which is a great testimony to the power of God to transform lives. I am managing to lose weight with the help of God’s Holy Spirit dwelling inside this temple.
