These two goals are more inherently aligned than you might think… Weighting on God examines our relationship with food holistically body, soul and spirit and identifies the blind spots we each have that cause us to eat inappropriately.
Using the Bible as our primary influence, these stumbling blocks are brought into the light, not to condemn us, but to show us God’s powerful strategies for success. As we yield to God, the Holy Spirit works effectively within us, helping us to achieve our weight loss goals and transforming us into vessels which are ‘fit for the Master’s use.’

Fiona Castle: (Author and public speaker) “A sensible, down-to-earth, holistic approach that offers insights into the way we eat and enables us to become comfortable in our own skins.”
Sue was invited to share her testimony on BBC Songs of Praise.

Confessions of a Christian dieter… perhaps YOU!?
You’ve prayed several times that God would help you lose weight
FOR A WHILE YOU HAD HOPE, BUT IN THE END YOU STILL CAVED IN FOOD
You’ve tried everything, thinking, ‘Perhaps this time I’ll keep it off.’
BUT IT DIDN’T WORK! YOU’VE RE-GAINED ALL THE WEIGHT YOU LOST
You’re weary of the constant struggle and feel a total failure!
WORST OF ALL, YOU BELIEVE YOU’VE LET GOD DOWN

So now you are beating yourself up for the lack of Willpower, and you are filled with guilt and shame...
But I know how you feel - I’av been there
BUT LISTEN!
YOU HAVEN’T FAILED THE DIET,
THE DIET HAS FAILED YOU!
Dieting: counting calories, cutting out your favorite foods, slavishly following a prescribed dietary meal plan this is the best the world has to offer. But God has something better for His children…
He wants you to enjoy, in total freedom, the rich abundance of food He created.
He wants to set you free from a diet mentality that brings guilt and shame.
He wants to show you how to say ‘no’ to food you don’t need.
He wants to break the chains of emotional eating.
He wants to help you recognize and correct faulty thought patterns which have governed your eating habits.
