The Weighting on God course is ideal for group study, so why not invite your friends to join you and embark on your weight loss journey together? Then you can all benefit from mutual encouragement, accountability and support.

One lady feels that God has given her her life back again, as just before joining us, the doctor had told her that she was facing a heart attack or a stroke. The next time she saw him, she had lost 1 st 5lbs, her blood pressure was normal, and her cholesterol was under control.

God is helping two ladies to deal with things in their past which have impacted the way they eat.

Most of the group has lost some weight, although the amount varies from individual to individual.
As leaders, we are really encouraged by what God is doing; in fact, it was with real anticipation that we held the group each week, because without fail, someone would come in full of what had happened to them that week. We are hoping to run another group soon.
Consider organizing a group study
You don’t need to be an expert in health and nutrition to run a group.
Leaders receive additional materials to help deliver the course, and you can all learn from one another. The course can be purchased in bundles of 6 or 10, which offer substantial savings. Additional courses can also be purchased at the same reduced price.
